TMMOB expert-report and arbitration regulation amended
The Official Gazette of 31 October 2026 (No. 33416) published an amendment to the TMMOB Regulation on Expert Witnessing, Valuation, Arbitration and Technical Consultancy. The text extends the wording from engineering and architecture to city planning and sets an application fee of 7,000 TL per file for arbitration (amount stated in the 31 October 2026 text). It takes effect on publication.
