I'm Emin. I founded ALTEX in 2020. Depending on your situation, either Zahit or I will work with you directly. Buying a home in another country comes with a lot of questions, and I'd rather answer them before you sign than after. If something isn't verified yet, or it's a question for a lawyer, I'll tell you that too.

I'm Zahit, a real estate advisor and partner at ALTEX. Most of my days are spent out in Istanbul's neighbourhoods, looking at buildings and talking to owners. If you're trying to choose between districts, I can tell you what a place is like on the ground, not just on the map.

Türkiye can grant citizenship to foreign nationals who buy property above a minimum value set by law and keep it for the required period. The rules and thresholds change from time to time, so we check the current official conditions with you before any decision.

No. Prices and availability change, sometimes quickly. Use the website as a starting point, and confirm the current price with us before you plan anything.
Who will I be talking to?
One of us: Emin or Zahit, depending on what you need. Each of us has a WhatsApp button on the team cards, and whoever you message will reply to you directly. You can also e-mail us. We both speak Turkish and English, and Emin also speaks Arabic.
