ALTEX Realty is the international brand of ALTEX, an Istanbul real estate office working since 2020.
We work with residential projects across Istanbul and help international buyers compare locations, unit types and prices, and understand each step of buying property in Türkiye.
Many of our clients are also considering Turkish citizenship by investment. We explain the process and check the current official conditions with them before any decision.
We publish only information we can verify. Where something is not verified yet, such as a project’s citizenship eligibility, we say so openly.
