AYDOS YEŞİLÇAM

Aydos Yeşilçam Evleri is a large-scale residential project in Pendik, Istanbul, developed by Çavuşoğlu Yemenler Yapı. The project is built on approximately 22,400 m² of land with a total construction area of around 57,878 m². It includes 13 blocks that will feature 368 residential units and 26 commercial spaces. Designed to offer modern city living while being surrounded by nature, this project is located right next to Aydos Forest, one of Istanbul’s largest green zones.

The architectural design of Aydos Yeşilçam Evleri emphasizes modernity, functionality, and integration with nature.
