À propos du projet
La description de ce projet est pour l’instant disponible en anglais.
Cer İstanbul is a distinguished residential and commercial development located in Istanbul's historic Yedikule district, within the Fatih municipality. Situated on a 40,000 square meter plot, the project comprises 10 separate buildings, offering a total of 112 exclusive units. These include 76 newly constructed residences and 36 meticulously restored loft apartments, transformed from 150-year-old Ottoman-era train maintenance garages. This unique blend of modern architecture and historical restoration provides residents with a living experience that harmoniously integrates contemporary comforts with the rich cultural heritage of Istanbul.
Cer İstanbul showcases a harmonious fusion of modern and historical architectural elements. The newly constructed buildings feature low-rise, contemporary designs with expansive glass facades, ensuring ample natural light and unobstructed views of the Historic Peninsula. The restored historical structures have been carefully preserved to maintain their original character while being adapted into modern living spaces. The use of natural wood and stone materials throughout the development adds a timeless quality, seamlessly blending the old with the new.
The project offers a diverse range of living spaces, with unit configurations ranging from 1+1 to 6+1, catering to various lifestyle needs. Each residence is designed with high ceilings, wide windows, and, in some units, roof lights, creating bright and spacious interiors. The apartments are equipped with modern kitchens, luxurious bathrooms, and high-quality finishes, providing residents with a comfortable and elegant living environment.
Cer İstanbul provides a comprehensive suite of amenities designed to enhance the quality of life for its residents. These include an indoor swimming pool that benefits from natural sunlight, a fully equipped fitness center, a traditional Turkish bath, a spa, and steam rooms. The development also features extensive green spaces, with 31,000 square meters dedicated to landscaped gardens, offering a serene environment amidst the bustling city. Additionally, residents can enjoy on-site dining options, including cafes and restaurants, as well as concierge services that cater to their daily needs.
Strategically located along the Marmara Sea coast, Cer İstanbul offers easy access to major transportation routes, including the Kennedy Avenue and the Eurasia Tunnel, facilitating seamless connectivity to various parts of the city. Its proximity to significant historical landmarks, such as the Yedikule Fortress and the ancient city walls, enhances its cultural value.
