Sobre el proyecto
Por ahora, la descripción de este proyecto está disponible en inglés.
MESA Yenikent is a large-scale residential and mixed-use development by MESA, located in Başakşehir, Istanbul, one of the city’s major developing residential areas. Built across an expansive 2,000,000 m² land area, the project is planned as an integrated community combining residences, commercial spaces, educational facilities, social amenities, and extensive landscaped areas. The development consists of five phases, with sales currently underway for the first phase. The first phase offers 3+1, 3.5+1, 4+1, and 4.5+1 residences, with delivery scheduled between September and December 2028.
MESA Yenikent is characterized by low-rise residential architecture, generous open spaces, and a nature-oriented master plan. Of the project's 2,000,000 m² total land area, approximately 1,000,000 m² is allocated to landscaping and green areas, while the overall construction area reaches approximately 1,500,000 m². An additional 10,000 m² is dedicated to social facilities. The development emphasizes spacious planning, landscaped surroundings, pedestrian-friendly areas, and a balanced relationship between residential buildings and outdoor spaces. The project is backed by MESA's stated experience of more than 57 years, with over 500 completed projects and 135,000 delivered homes.
The first phase of MESA Yenikent focuses on spacious family residences, with 3+1, 3.5+1, 4+1, and 4.5+1 apartment configurations currently available. The homes form part of a low-rise residential environment designed around comfortable family living, generous outdoor areas, and easy access to the project's extensive social infrastructure. Rather than functioning as a conventional standalone residential complex, the master plan integrates homes with landscaped areas, walking and cycling routes, recreational facilities, commercial spaces, and educational facilities, allowing residents to meet many everyday needs within the development itself.
MESA Yenikent is designed as a comprehensive community where residential life is complemented by recreation, wellness, sports, education, shopping, and green spaces. Approximately 1,000,000 m² of landscaped and green areas form a major part of the project, complemented by walking and cycling paths, pet walking areas, children's playgrounds, an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, sauna and steam rooms, basketball courts, mini football fields, tennis and padel courts. Restaurants, cafés, commercial areas, educational facilities, and electric vehicle charging stations further support everyday convenience, creating a self-contained environment suitable for families and long-term residents.
Its proximity to Kayaşehir Metro, Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital, Atatürk Olympic Stadium and other major destinations provides access to established infrastructure, while new transportation connections and surrounding development are expected to further strengthen the area. The project's long delivery horizon and five-phase structure also position it as a long-term development opportunity.
